 How to Make a Pinwheel Bow
You will need a roll of 1-1/4" x 250 yds of poly ribbon. Cut approximately
4 yds of ribbon off of the roll. Hold the ribbon 5" down from one end and
make a 5" loop or the size needed for your package. Bring the long length
down and up to make bottom loop. Repeat this step back and forth
looping until you have 8 on each side. Take a piece of fine wire or ribbon
and tie in the center. Shape into a beautiful handmade bow.
