 Indiana Ribbon Spool Division
Indiana Ribbon produces a wide variety of pasted spool sizes enabling manufacturers of braids, cords, ropes, tassels, and all types of floral and fabric ribbons to spool the specifications of their choice. Our flange diameters range from 2 1/2" to 5 1/2" and up to 4-color printing can be accommodated. Most center holes are 7/16" in diameter with other sizes available. Core diameters vary from 1 1/4" to 3 7/8" and heights from 7/16" to 6 1/8". White SBS board of .024 is used to manufacture the flanges. Other board thicknesses up to .030 are available upon request.
Plastic hubs knows as "Polylocks" are available as part of larger flange assemblies. These range in size from 3 1/2" to 8" in diameter with the hub having a center hole diameter of 1". We also offer custom printed flange and hub assemblies.
Typical minimum orders are 5,000 spools or assemblies. We welcome your inquiries and look forward to fulfilling your spooling requirements.
