PRICING: All prices are per 1000 or "lot". (Any quantity less than 1000 is a "lot"). Hot stamping, ink printing, freight charges and plate charges are in addition to the product cost.

LEAD TIME: Orders will be shipped within 4 weeks of final approval of artwork.
MINIMUM ORDER: The minimum order is one case. Orders for less than 1000 unite (bags, boxes, etc.) will be charges a "lot" charges, which equals the M price. For example, a hot stamp order for 250 bags will be charges the same hot stamp price as 1000 bags.
QUANTITY PRICING: All products (paper bags, plastic bags, boxes) may be combined to accumulate for the per thousand price as long as the SAME PLATE and SAME COLOR are used for hot stamping, and the SAME PLATE and SAME COLOR are used for ink printing. An order involving two plates for two different product sizes constitutes two separate jobs. Each job will be priced separately to determine hot stamping or ink printing charges. Order for combined products (bags & boxes) totaling less than 1M units will be priced at the higher per M or lot hot stamping price (Ex: 250 shopping bags and 250 boxes will both be priced at the higher $143 lot price if combined).
UNDER RUN: Orders are subject to a 5% under run.
CUSTOM COLORS: There is a $150 charge per color for hot stamp or ink print colors.
PROOFS: A proof will be provided for final approval via fax or email. A press proof is available for a charge of $50.
ART PREP: There is a $50 charge for artwork and copy changes when supplied art is not camera-ready.
ARTWORK: Camera-ready artwork is required; otherwise additional art charges may apply. Faxes are not acceptable art reproduction. Artwork must be submitted with fonts and with a minimum 300 dpi resolution. All non-standard fonts must be supplied or converted to outlines. Artwork must be submitted in vector graphics format, preferably using Adobe Illustrator. Email art to sales@giftwrapgifts.com.
ART TIPS:
- Two color jobs require 1/4" spacing between colors and no critical alignment.
- Eurototes, frosted shopping bags, and gloss coated bags cannot be ink printed.
- Hot stamped designs that include continuous border do not print well.
- Fine lines and large prints with reverse-outs do not print well and art may need to be modified.
- Half-tones or screen cannot be hot-stamped or ink printed.
